2009 Late Harvest   Our late harvest cabernet sauvignon was harvested at 34 brix, creating a rich, delicious port style wine.  It is full of fruit flavor and offers a full palate with a lingering finish.  It is ready to be enjoyed with a selection of cheeses and fruit, or a decadent dessert.  There is a residual sugar of 7.2% and alcohol of 17.2%.
