Our mission at SC Cellars is to make wines of distinction and style. To accomplish that we begin in the vineyard, cultivating & nurturing the land. Shoot thinning and crop load management are vital to achieving a fully mature grape with body and structure. We carefully follow the new wine from the vineyard to the glass resulting in our premium, handcrafted wines. Our estate grown red wine is crafted in the traditional Bordeaux style. A classic blend of the five noble French varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot and Malbec. Producing a wine exhibiting dark ruby red color with aromas of blackberry, allspice, cedar and pepper. Full bodied with great balance and a lingering finish.

" Wine is one of the elements of life bound by experience and joy. To enjoy wine is to enjoy life's journey and the way in which you get there is as important as the destination. Opening wine, holding the bottle, running your hand across the label, peeling back the capsule to turn the cork screw and drawing out the cork, gives us pleasure-connecting us with the past-a calming, ritualistic moment within a hectic world....Tasting the wine holds that moment."
